    Current pens with the 2019 White Tube nozzle are ultrasonically sealed from tip to gearbox and are nearly clog-proof. These are differentiated from the Original White Tube by the longer tube that extends into the pen body towards the motor.

    Instructions for Removal

    1. Use a thin flat tool to pry open the service door, starting at the slot on the power socket side of the pen.
    2. Once the nearest clips have released, use your fingers to carefully pull open the service door.
    3. Use an eyeglasses size phillips head screwdriver to remove the screw holding in the nozzle.
    4. Slide out the nozzle, wiggling carefully if you encounter resistance.

    3D Pen Replacement Nozzle

    I had a MYNT3D pen that was not warming up. A colleague of mine recommend that I replace the nozzle. I ordered the nozzle through the MYNT3D website and it arrived quickly. I found a video on their web site on how to replace the nozzle, which took a couple of minutes. The 3D pen now heats up and is working!

    Replacement Nozzle 2019 White Tube

    I ordered a replacement nozzle for my daughter's MYNT3D Super 3D Pen. It wasn't dispensing the filament as quickly as it had previously and was giving off a burning smell. This was pretty easy to replace using the instructional video on the website. The price seemed reasonable and shipping was fast and we received multiple email updates after ordering. My daughter is delighted to be up and running again and we're very happy this cost a small fraction of replacing the entire 3D pen.
